- Pristine Water and Decking: Pools must be thoroughly skimmed and vacuumed immediately prior to the shoot. Ensure the surrounding deck is completely dry to prevent dark, uneven water patches on stone or wood.
- Concealing Maintenance: All garden hoses, pool cleaning equipment (e.g., robotic vacuums), trash cans, and stray pool toys must be entirely removed from the area.
- Twilight Preparation: For the highly sought-after “blue hour” shots at dusk, ensure all exterior lighting, underwater pool lights, and fire pits are fully operational and turned on before the sun sets.
